disk clone fails: format/resize errors & source drive not specified
Hello, we have "Acronis True Image for Western Digital". Trying to clone one disk (WD HDD) to another (new/unformatted WD SSD, same size). Default settings, automatic clone disk 1 -> disk 2 to "replace" (bootable). Tried several times, failed each time, says "see logs". I had rebooted in between some of the attempts.
Demon log attached here. Among the errors:
- Error 0x101f6: A format/resize error.
- error 0x2160008: A format/resize error.
- error 0x70001: Internal error: source drive not specified
I didn't see any "source drive not specified" tips with a search.
Ideas? Thanks!

Hi Steve, thanks for the very quick reply!
I had seen that the OEM version should be supported by Western Digital; unfortunately, all paths lead to https://support-en.wd.com/ which is not a live website.
I am reading through the documentation now, thanks for all of the links! The UI made it look simple, but then it didn't work with what looked like obvious choices.
We have a desktop, and both the old and new drives are connected internally via SATA, so it looks like I can use the main instructions and ignore the laptop version.
Many options here... looks like I should really create bootable media, and boot & clone from there. Will try.
