no boot file name received - Snap Deploy 3

Thread needs solution

Hello,

Im all new to Acronis, have been using Ghost for a while.

Configured my server with DHCP and set option 60. (Sever win 2008 stn)

Installed Snap Deploy 3 (On the same box as DHCP)

I have ran the Configure PXE Server and the Create bootable media wizards.

I boot my PC into PXE and it pulls down an IP address from the DHCP server, then i get error:

no boot file name received

and then it boots into the OS.

Any help would be great.

Many thanks

Allan

I got through to the chat support option.

They told me to update my PXE componant as there is an update to it. But the link he sent me doesnt enable to download anything just the instructions of how to update the software.

Thanks for your help.

Ok fixed the PXE boot problem.

And run into another problem.

I get the master image creation screen up and go through the options, but it doesnt let me browse the network, the only place it lets me put the image is on its own hard drive.
You would of thought that if i have deployed a PXE boot menue to the client, it surely knows where it has come from?

Anyway when i click on the Computers near me, nothing happens, i cant browse the network or nothing. (The network consits of my server with acronis installed, a switch and the client)

Thanks
