tape pools not listet in storage locations / not selectable as replication targets ...
After changing our tape library from QUANTUM LTO6 to HPE LTO8 and fresh installed storage node (build 15.0.26172, current Windows Server 2019, current drivers), no more tape pools are listet in the storage locations. It's possible to create new pools on tape management or backup storage, but after creation they are only listet in tape management, not in storage locations. So it's not possible to create a replication job with this new target pool ...
Any ideas or tipps to resolve this problem?
Many thanks

Good morning Maria,
thank you for supporting us - there is no problem to create or manage tape pools in the tape management; the problem is that we can't select any tape pool as a backup target if we create or edit a backup or replication plan.
Pools were created in tape management but not displayed in backup storages ...
Many thanks,
Erik

Hello Erik,
thank you for sharing additional details.
The problem described here showed that the Acronis Storage Node was not properly registered on the Acronis Management Server. Please try to do the following:
- open Acronis Management Console;
- open Settings -> Storage Nodes
- click on the Acronis Storage Node and delete it
- on Acronis Storage Node please execute the steps described in the following article to re-add it: https://kb.acronis.com/content/59863
- after the operation is successfully performed, please check if the storage locations have appeared.
If the issue still there, then please contact Acronis Support Team since more investigation is required here.
