Acronis Workstation boot cd with a server

Hi,

I know that I cannot install the agent of Acronis Backup and Recovery Workstation on a Server Operating System. Is it possible, from the license point of view, to use Acronis Backup and Recovery Workstation to make COLD backup of a server OS? I mean to use the Workstation boot cd to make a backup of a server...
