Refreshing recovery points activities accumulating

Since upgrading to Cyber Protect 15, we are seeing refreshing recovery points activities that show up as in progress status. They keep showing as in progress for hours and it doesn't seem to end. Sometimes I do see some refreshing recovery point errors. Its happening on Cyber Protect 15 update 1 and 2. I've used the following KB to clear them, but also I restart my server if clearing the activities doesn't work via commandline. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

Yes I have contacted support on this issue. So far no resolution on this issue. This started happening when I upgraded from 12.5 to 15.

Hello Richard.

The activity log posted in your case shows the following error:

SocketError: error:14090086:SSL routines:ssl3_get_server_certificate:certificate verify failed

This is a known issue (ABR-315808) and we have a confirmed workaround:

Please delete Acronis Storage Node from the Management Console and re-register it following instructions from KB 59863: Acronis Cyber Backup 15, Acronis Cyber Backup 12.5: how to manually re-add a storage node to management server
