How long have you waited for either of these operations to continue / complete?
What is the size of your source disk(s) and how is the destination / target drive connected to your laptop? Is the target disk connected via USB 2.0 or 3.0?
What build of ATI 2018 are you using here? Is it #15470 which was the final build released by Acronis for that version?
I waited an hours and then I force stop.
I tried to unistall and reinstall (still freeze)
I tried to start a backup of just a file (still freeze)
Now when i turn off the pc I get also this errors EVERY TIME i turn off the pc
I not care anything about the backup now, i just need that this error go away

Claudio, if ATI 2018 was previously working correctly and has not stopped working plus you are now seeing Windows Blue Screens of Death (BSOD) then there is something else contributing to this issue more than just the Acronis application.
Do you have any previous good backups that you made prior to this problem occurring?
If yes, then you should try booting the laptop from your Acronis bootable Rescue Media and restoring the most recent good backup image to bring your laptop back to how it was working at that point in time.
Note: if you restore a backup from some days or weeks ago, then any data created since that time would be lost by the restore. You can try to mitigate this data loss by making a backup of any important changed files and folders (documents, images, etc) using the Acronis Rescue Media.
If you don't have any Acronis Rescue media, then you could make this from another PC is you have one with ATI 2018 installed, or else you can download an .ISO (CD image) file of the Linux based rescue media from your Acronis Account.
I would recommend creating the Windows PE version of the Acronis Rescue Media as described in the KB documents below if possible.
KB 60820: Acronis True Image 2018: how to create bootable media
KB 60091: Acronis True Image 2018: how Simple bootable media creation mode works
See KB 60142: Acronis True Image 2018: how to back up entire computer
and KB 60144: Acronis True Image 2018: how to back up files or disks

I not have a backup because the crash destroys the olds backup.
I am sure the problem is acronis, and this is why:
If I start a backup also of a single txt file the program still stuck, BUT
IF i turn off the pc while the back up is stuck this message appaears:
and the problem NOT appaears.
So there is probably a process still stuck in acronis from the first error ALSO if I unistall it
Where can i get all the process of acronis and kill once for all?
Since acronis create me a lot of problem, and since it freeze when try to copy A TXT FILE OR CANCEL THE PROCESS I prefeer not use acronis anymore before i solved this onestly

Claudio, can you boot normally into Windows to the desktop without any problems?
What version of Windows are you using here?
See KB 60915: Acronis True Image: repairing program settings - for options to repair the Acronis application.
The Acronis Cleanup Tool (link in my signature below) can also be used to do a full uninstall of the application if needed. Windows should be restarted after using this tool.

Yes, the pc start up correctly, I am using windows 10
The problem is only when i shut down the PC.
I followed this guide:
https://kb.acronis.com/content/48668
But the problem STILL occurs
I need to delete everything about acronis, there is a way to do that?
There is a wey to get all the services relative to acrons so i can kill them manually?

60915: Acronis True Image: repairing program settings
and also if i disabled the protection I CAN NOT STOP IN TASK MANAGER acronis active protection
i go manually on services and STOPPED ALL ACRONIS AND DISABLE
but the folder
Database
IS STILL STUCK IN A PROCESS
i NEED a solution

the problem seems correlate to the VSS
I noticed that if i kill the services "Acronis Scheduler 2 services" the program generates the Windows Blue Screens of Death (BSOD)
If i NOT kill the service, the service is killing when i turn off the pc and the error not appaers

Claudio, the error on shutdown that Acronis operations are in progress was a known issue with earlier versions and fixed in more recent versions.
Download a copy of the Acronis Scheduler Manager tool and run this tool which will open a black command prompt type window. Type in the command 'task zap' (without quotes) and it will clear all scheduled Acronis tasks to prevent these from running.
If you want to fully uninstall ATI 2018 from your computer, then the recommended method is to first uninstall it normally using the Windows Control Panel > Programs & Features option, then download and run the Acronis Cleanup Tool to ensure that all traces of the application are removed.
For the VSS issue, then download the Acronis VSS Doctor tool and let this repair any issues that it identifies and offers to fix for you.
All of the above tools are stand-alone and do not get installed.

I ALREADY DONE THAT 3 TIMES AND I STILL GET THE Windows Blue Screens of Death (BSOD)
The "Acronis operations are in progress" is the ONLY WAY TO NOT GET THE BSOD
VSS DOCTOR not give me ANY ERROR EXCEPT ON LOG!!!
You tell that the problem is about old verision but NOW I AM TRY THE VERSION 2021
The problem is with 2018 AND 2021
AND AS I WRITED UP:
I noticed that if i kill the services "Acronis Scheduler 2 services" the program generates the Windows Blue Screens of Death (BSOD) with no program and all the above DONE!!
I HAVE TO RESOLVE THAT!!!
If i NOT kill the service, the service is killing when i turn off the pc and the error not appaers
SO if i unistall is EQUAL to kill the process "Acronis Scheduler 2 services" and i get the BSOD
can you give me a real solution insted just quote the documentation?
Thanks

Claudio, please understand that this is a user forum and that even the MVP's are users too - we do not work for Acronis, are not employees and have not method of fixing any issues discovered in Acronis programs unless Acronis have already provided this for all users.
As you have purchased ATI 2021 and still are seeing the same issue, then you need to work directly with Acronis Support for this issue by opening a support case with them.
See How to get support? for details of doing this.
I have never had any BSOD caused by any of the versions of ATI that I have installed on any of my own PC's and it is extremely rare for any other users to report such serious issues here in the forums.
