Error Message at the completion of Backup

Thread needs solution

I have several Cloud back-ups, all finish with no errors however I have one has the same error every time it finishes.

Can I have some help in finding out what the error is. refer to attached pdf.

Glen, the pdf document is for a backup to a local network location, not the Acronis Cloud.

There also looks to be an indication that the destination for the task has been changed at some point?

"\\TVS463\Backups\Desktop Backup\Thunderbird\Thunderbird Desktop_full_b305_s1_v1.tib"
Destination:
"\\TVS463\Backups\Desktop Backup\Thunderbird\Thunderbird Desktop_full_b305_s1_v1_2AC3B1FD-5D99-4848-A253-02630E677C4D.tib"

Error 0x1ef0027: Failed to perform consolidation.
Ensure that folder nas://192.168.1.90/Backups/Thunderbird/ is not deleted or renamed.

You are creating backups to the destination:

"\\TVS463\Backups\Desktop Backup\Thunderbird\Thunderbird Desktop_full_b305_s1_v1.tib"

The error being reported is for destination:

nas://192.168.1.90/Backups/Thunderbird/

Assuming that your \\TVS463\ location is the same as \\192.168.1.90 then it looks like you have moved backups from the Backups/Thunderbird folder to Backups/Desktop Backup/Thunderbird and this is causing the error for the task.
