Anyone else having problems with True Image 2019?

Thread needs solution

I did an upgrade a few days ago on Windows 10 machine that I had recently reset

Everything else I've loaded is working fine, but when attempting to clone my C drive I can't get past the 'Select target disk' section. I get the Acronis spinning circle and then nothing.

I ran a repair this morning, but no change. It's still not functioning as previous editions have.

Anyone else having a similar issue? Thanks.

Jaison, welcome to these User Forums.

I have not read any posts from other users reporting the type of problem you are experiencing with ATI 2019.

What version of ATI have you upgraded from before coming to ATI 2019?

What type of target disk are you wanting to clone to, and how is this connected?

Have you performed a Restart of the machine?  A Restart is different than a Shutdown and then power on in Windows 10.

If you have not selected restart since upgrade or install of the Acronis application I suggest you do so.  There are times when the application may have problems locking the source disk you are working with thus the behavior you see.

I bought a WD RAID where a cut down version of Acronis was packaged with the product. Unfortunately, this version didn't allow me to specify individual folders to save etc. So I decided to buy the full version. Well I have never used such an unreliable, slow and problematic useless piece of software ever!

Carlton, you've posted this to the ATI 2019 forum. If you have just bought the full version, which one was it? If you have the ATI 2021 version, there is a lot of cyber protection also included and maybe it is just a matter of getting it configured.

Perhaps a posting to the forum for the version you have with a question will help get you running better.
