Hello Muhammad,
Welcome to Acronis forums!
Please try entering credentials in domain_name/account or computer_name/account format.

Hello Muhammad.
Have you also tried ./account_name format?
If it is also not successful, then we recommend testing the same with the trial version of the current version Acronis Cyber Protect 15.

Hi Maria
Yes we have tried and it was not successful also.
We may not be able to test as there is no internet access connect to our servers(darknet).
Is there any other methods or way for us to rectify this issue?

Hello Muhammad,
Basically, the account must be a member of the Backup Operators or Administrators group on the machine, and a member of the sysadmin role on each of the instances that you are going to back up.
If the required rights are granted, please contact Acronis Support for the more in-depth investigation. If you've already opened a support ticket, would you mind sharing the solution here, so that other users can find it?
