registering product

I am having difficulty cloning a drive.

 

I've attempted to contact technical support, but it tells me to register my product first.

 

How does one register?

You log into your Acronis account, on the products tab, right top is a large icon with "+ keys", click on it and add the product key (you can cut and paste).

you can also select "Trial\Presales\Licensing question" category at https://www.acronis.com/support/contact-us/ to get help with any licensing and account related issues. This option doesn't require a registered license.
