The scheduled backups only work the first time!!

Thread needs solution

I have 5 pc's with ABR 10 build 11345 (with UR). Two example: first pc with XP pro service pack 3 an other with seven ultimate. Same symptom. I've scheduled a simple backup on a usb external disk connected on a netgear router. The first scheduled backup go right. The others get an error that I can't understand. I attach the registry. I hope somebody help me.
I had also installed an update of the scheduler (acronisscheduler461forabr.exe).

Thank you for finding yime to open the thread and report about the issue. I understand your concern, and will do my best to help you.

Please note that the build you're using is currently an outdated one, and I strongly recommend that you install the latest update as mentioned here.

Should the issue remain even after the update installation, please gather Acronis Info from the problem machine, open a support request with the information attached, and let us know it's number.

I have some questions:

1) I get the setup file to upgrade from 11345 to 12705.

The setup file is 406Mb and the setup file original was 224Mb ... is this normal ?

2) To solve the problem some days ago I had installed an update of the scheduler => acronisscheduler461forabr.exe Should I install it again after updating to 12705?

1) Yes. Installer's size grew from build to build until (including) update 3 (build 12457)
2) You can check the version of C:\Program Files\Common Files\Acronis\Schedule2\schedul2.exe . If it is still 461 after you install the update, there is no need to reinstall (included with 12703 is version 433)

I have installed 12705 and I got another problem (I'm tired).
After upgrade from 11345 to 12705 suggested by Yana I have:

1) deleted the task scheduled.
2) with the schedmgr.exe entered command => task zap.
3) When I try to enter a new task, when I have to choice the target of the backup in the personal storage i got this error:

Thank you for keeping us posted and reporting about the issue!

The report you've kindly attached indicates errors on the C: drive. I'd advise you to do the following: 

Go to Start -> Run -> cmd
in the command line, that will open, please enter the following command: 
chkdsk /f /r
and reboot the machine.

Upon booting Windows will check the drive and file system for errors, and will fix the problems, if any.

Unfortunately the error you received is very common, and we will need additional information. Could you please gather Acronis Info from the problem machine, open a support request with the information attached, and let us know it's number? Acronis Info will contains additional logs, that might shed the light onto the situation.
