Secure Boot
I am tempted to try Windows 11 but I am concerned that changing the BIOS to Secure Boot may affect my Survival kits or other aspects of True Image 2021.

Peter, the latest implementation of Windows 11 (on the Insiders Dev channel) cannot be installed unless the PC uses both UEFI and TPM (where Secure boot is implied / used).
I had a VMware VM where I was running Windows 11 and it could no longer get updates because TPM wasn't available. I had to create a Hyper-V VM to be able to continue running Windows 11 where the VM uses both Secure boot and TPM.
Secure boot should not impact your Survival Kit usage as all Acronis rescue media can boot in both Legacy and UEFI modes (with or without secure boot).

Look here for an install script for Win 11 that bypasses TPM, and system requirements.

Well I have done it and everything appears to work normally, so far! There is a bug in the upgrade process, if you try to do it through Windows update you may get the message that your PC does not fulfil all the requirements for Windows 11 but if you run the PC Health check up it may well tell that your PC DOES fulfil all requirements for Windows 11, this is an acknowleged bug and requires you to make a manual download of the ISO file and upgrade that way. I found the BIOS changes quite challenging as TPM 2.0 has to be enabled first before Secure Boot can be enabled but I fumbled my way through and all appears well, I have produced an image and it all went well, have yet to restore though.

Thanks for posting your results Peter. I look forward to your results on a restore process.
