Acronis Cyber Cloud for HyperV hangs on "Preparing"

Thread needs solution

Hey folks, 

Basically summed up in the title. I'm having issues installing onto a Windows 2016 server running HyperV. The installer just hangs on "Preparing" -- I've let it sit for up to a half hour with no change. 

Have done some searching but could not find much info. 

Anyone happen to have any ideas?

We recommend that you open a case with Support Team for investigation of this issue. You will be required to collect Acronis System Information from the affected server.
