Thread needs solution

Forum topics are inaccessible for the second or third time in as many days!

If this is the new Acronis Cyber Protection / Security in action, then it is very secure when no one can access the forum!

Acronis really need to provide a Status page for any planned / unplanned forum outages, for any Cloud or Data Centre issues / outages etc.

Presenting users with totally uninformative error messages does nothing to inspire confidence in Acronis solutions and applications!

Whatever the current forum issue, it seems to come and go at random, including causing users to submit multiple new topics because they are given the same vague error message that leaves them believing there new topic hasn't been posted!

And they still have not fixed the reappearance of new flag on previously accessed posts. Not to mention timeout when trying to mark all posts in a thread as read. Then there is the general slow response of the forum.

I am a new user having just installed the product yesterday and am faced with a broken forum, broken software and a broken search function for the forum (how to search for a phrase so I end up with less than 54,000 hits?). It seems as if Acronis just set up shop yesterday and are just figuring their business out, except that is obviously not the case!

Ian, the forum looks to have been working again since my original post for this topic, so hopefully it has been working for you too!

Searching in the forum has been an issue for some years but there are ways around this using Google as follows:

When searching, use the term 'site:forum.acronis.com' along with your search argument / phrase.  You can use this with the Advanced options for Google search to limit hit to a specific period of time etc.
