E-mail Backup fails to find my Outlook accounts and directories

Thread needs solution

Hello.

I use Windows XP Home and Outlook XP (2002).

I have 8 Outlook accounts and several sub folders including sub folders inside "inbox".

I tried to configure e-mail backup in True image home 2011 but it doen't see my accounts and the differents folders (inbox, sent etc...)

I can select "outlook" then "profiles" but when I clic on "profiles" then on "outlook" I don't see "personal folders" as I do on another PC.

Any idea of what's wrong ? Thanks a lot from a desesperate French user.

Do you know if there's any way for acronis to scan for new accounts in outlook when it has been installed before a new account creation ?
