Unable to create or edit Backup plan

Thread needs solution

Hi,

I'm running Acronis Cyber Backup 12.5 Build: 16343.

I get "access denied" when trying to create a new plan or edit / open the details of existing plans. Not exactly sure when this has started as my weekly backups have been running fine. I'm also able to start any of them manually by going to Plan -> Start.

Worth mentioning that the server with Cyber Backup Manager was recently joined to a domain and no plans have been created or modified since. However this issue persists with both Domain users and local administrator account (which was the one mostly used before joining to Domain and the one used for creating the backup plans). 

The error received is:

What could be causing this?

Hello Vesa!

The log says that it is the management server service itself that can't access it's own files in ProgramData. Check what accounts acronis services are using and their rights, now that domain policies are in effect.
