Unknown Error on Backup of Mac M1 Mini

Thread solved

Recently, I think after upgrading my Mac M1 (Apple chip) Mini to macOS Monterey 12.2, backups no longer work.  I get an error message "unknown error".   I have backups configured for local disk as well as Acronis cloud.  None of them work any longer and they all get the same error message.

Is 12.2 not yet supported?  Or is there something else going on?

I'm attaching the error log, if that helps...

thanks,

I forgot to mention that I am running the latest version of Acronis Cyber Protect Home Office 39702.

Do you have OneDrive files on demand enabled where the files are stored in the cloud and brought down to your PC when accessed?

Caveat: I am a Windows user with no direct experience of using ATI on any Mac.

I excluded OneDrive folder from the backup and now everything completes without error.

I have the same issue! One time I could make a backup, I uninstalled OneDrive and removed all the data. Reinstalled OneDrive and then created the backup. But now I have the same issue. The only workaround is excluding the OneDrive folder...

But.. the product claims it can backup OneDrive...?? How...??

Hi all,

if you have Acronis Cyber Protect Home Office\ Acronis True Image Advanced or Premium subscription, you can back up OneDrive and mailboxes for Microsoft 365 Consumer accounts to Acronis Cloud.
