Restore Raid image to single drive

Thread needs solution

I would like to break my Raid 0 array and use the disks for a dual boot.  Can I take the image of my Raid disks and restore it to a single disk?  Thank you.

The image data will fit easily on the single disk.

Ron, you can do this without any problem. You create the backup, then you remove the RAID Array using the RAID management console, then recover to one of the disks.

Hello Ron,

You can restore a backup of one RAID to a RAID of different type in the same manner as you would with a basic disk.

As to specific RAID controllers - when running the product in Windows, the product will support them if Windows itself does. From Acronis Bootable Media most of the RAID controllers are supported.
