Bootable DVD creation

Thread needs solution

Hello,

I use ACRONIS TRUE IMAGE 2021, on a DELL ASPIRON 16 PLUS (7016) PC with a DELL D3100 docking station, to which 2 screens are connected, an Ethernet cable (connected to my fiber box), and a Blu-burner Ray.
I created a WINPE bootable key by injecting all the drivers on creation (including those of the DisplayLink).
This key works well, (some problems however with the keyboard to enter data when identifying the Synology NAS on which I have backup copies).
But when I redo the same manipulation, but this time by designating my burner in which I inserted a DVD-R, it is impossible for me to boot on this DVD.
I have the message "press any key to boot from CD, DVD ... what I do and I have a DELL message: "No Bootable Device Found"
In the BIOS I tried to disable security (SEcure Boot Enable on Disabled) and reboot ... same punishment!
can you give me a solution?
Thank you in advance.
Cordially
PS: excuse my English, I use the Google translation!

Is the DVD burner internal, or is it a USB drive, and if so is it attached to a USB port on the computer or a USB port on the docking station?

Hi Gilbert, this may explain why you are experiencing this problem. For some reason the driver for the Blu-Ray is not getting added. You may have better luck if you have the Blu-Ray connected directly to the PC when creating the recovery media. Other than that I am out of ideas. Another user may have a solution (assuming my solution does not work).

It is possible the solution is easier than that: just create Windows RE recovery media as it should pick up drivers for all devices connected to the PC (see User Guide 12.1 Acronis Media Builder).
