Acronis True Image for Western Digital (Version 2021 Build 39200)

Thread needs solution

I have recently started to use this product and initially everything was fine, then a couple of days ago I noticed that all the text has a line through it as shown on the attachment. The product still seems to be working OK though.

On the suggestion of Western Digital I repaired the installation but nothing changed. They then suggested uninstalling and reinstalling, but I have not tried this yet as I need to work out how to save my settings first.

Has anyone else seen this?

See forum topic: All lines in settings are crossed - where a similar issue has been reported previously but with no obvious solution identified.

The above topic is the only hit I have found for this issue so may perhaps be a system font issue but why this would only affect the Acronis GUI panels remains a mystery!

I have a very dim recollection of this happening before - quite a few years ago now. I think I was during beta testing. Not sure how/why it is happening. All I can suggest that you refer the problem back to WD support. They can then, if they wish, pass it on Acronis for action.
