Alert Windows security

Thread needs solution

Hi,

After clicking on the Acronis backup file, Windows 10 reports:  "Internet security settings have blocked the file from opening" See screenshot  in attachment

How can I delete this Windows message and open the backup files Acronis Cyber Protect Home Office?
