Hi. I have a boot cd (with UR) burned using the ISO image downloaded from Acronis website. After booting a machine with this cd, I try to connect from the management console, receiving a user/password request. Which are the credentials I should use? I cannot create a UR boot cd directly from my pc, because I receive an error, so, I have to use necessarily your ISO image.

Could you please help me?

Hi Daniele

I think that if you have a downloaded ISO image the credentials are empty.

"If you did not specify credentials during Acronis Bootable Media creation, you can leave Logon settings field empty. ISO images downloaded from Acronis website have empty credentials."

Could you please specify us the exact sequence of steps perform and to what exactly you are trying to connect, as there can be several cases when the product will require credentials? And in order to provide you with the most accurate reply, we need to know this tiny detail.

Usually the credentials are asked for network shared folder. In this case you need to specify the credentials of the User that has full control on this share.
