Path via VPN not possible, because of "wrong" user login data by backupjob

Thread needs solution

Hi Community,

i have a Win 10 PC with Acronis 2020 installed and use a VPN to login to a network with a NAS. The windows explorer open the path to a folder on this NAS without problems. He wants the login data, and voila. Now i try to connect to the same folder with Acronis by creating a backupjob. He wants the login data and says "wrong user or password".

I updated the NAS, updated Windows 10, restarted everything, created a new user on the NAS, reseted the password of the old user. But nothing helps.

Is it possible, that Acronis has a bug? Or have anybody a idea, how to fix?

Have a great day and thanks for answers.

Dear Denis,
We recommend updating to the latest build, you can find more in the article: Acronis Cyber Protect Home Office (Windows): how to update to the latest build | Knowledge Base
If the issue persists, please contact our support for investigation: https://www.acronis.com/support/

I have found the Issue. WebDAV is not supported and creates this error. I will try it other ways. Thanks for your answer.
