Make drive bootable again?

Thread needs solution

I have a 250GB nvme (Samsung 960EVO) in a Plugable enclosure.

It is USB connected and has WinToGo Windows 10 installed.

Last week it suddenly disappeared from the drives list.

Running Disk Management, it showed as 'Unallocated'.

I purchased Disk Director and ran the Recovery and was able to recover the Windows partition, but the drive is not bootable.

How to make the drive bootable again?

TIA

From the lack of of replies, I take it that it is not possible to make drive bootable?

Thanks anyway

Dear customer,
We recommend to check recovery expert chapter in the user guide (7.2):
Acronis® Disk Director® 12.5 User's Guide
Do you have by chance relevant backup? If yes, please try to restore from it.
We recommend to do backup regularly to have possibility to restore just in case.
