Acronis Snap Deploy Random Freeze Reboot Required

Running Acronis Snap Deploy Mgt Console build 3470, during the Manaul Deployment of images based on pre defined templates (both image and template) stored on same server, the app randonly freezes with noit responding, the OS which is 2003 R2 sp2 runs fine as well as all other app during this freeze. Only are boot resolves the issue.

Can anyoneadvise on what could be the issue?
