Backup to Cloud Problems

Thread needs solution

Every since I upgraded Cyber Protect Home Office on 8/30 (build 40107), attempting to backup to the Acronis Cloud only intermittently works. Most of the time it fails when it attempts to connect to the cloud (even though I can browse the cloud files just fine). The error on the PC side is "Error occurred while opening the file.". The error via the management console is "Operation failed due to a temporary issue in the cloud storage."

Are others seeing this problem? Any work arounds?

Daniel, I am not aware of any issues with the Acronis Cloud being reported here in the forums by other users, but this could be limited to just the geographic data centre you are using rather than to all the different country locations?

I would recommend opening a support ticket direct with Acronis and have them check matters from their side as they are the only ones with access to the host systems etc.

I agree with Steve on this; I have had no issues with cloud backups (I use the Au1 server as it is closest).
