Light blue icon no longer appears in system tray during backup....
Hi
I'm using the latest build 40107 on W10 21H2.
Recently I noticed the light blue icon that appears in the system tray during a backup is no longer showing.
This was useful to check the % progress and change the priority if required.
Any idea how I can get it back without doing a reinstall?
Thanks.

Thank you for replying Steve.
Yes that process is there in the startup list.
I realised this issue only occurs if I start the PC but dont sign in straight away.
The scheduled tasks still run and complete successfully without me being signed in.
When I sign in for the first time while a task is running thats when the light blue icon is missing.
If I sign in after boot up and before any tasks run, the light blue icon appears once the task starts.
I hope this is clear.
Not a major issue as such. Not sure if its a quirk of my system or a minor Acronis bug.
Cheers

This sounds more of a timing issue. When you are not signed in then the tray icon has no purpose as it cannot show you any information, so it only gets launched when a user signs in but then does not pick up on any already active backup tasks.
You could create a Windows Task Manager task to launch the CyberProtectHomeOfficeMonitor.exe either at startup or prior to your scheduled backup that would overcome this issue.
The alternative given you are using ACPHO is to raise this directly with Acronis Support as the Monitor would need changing to pick up on any already active backup tasks rather than only those launched when it is active. That is probably a code design issue as a scenario they didn't factor in for the monitor!
