Acronis Secure Zone seems don't free space after update the software to latest release

Hi all,

I just update my Acronis Cyber Protect Home Office to latest version, 40173 , the update I think interrupted the back up, single version scheme. Then I tried to re run the back up but it's failing reporting there is not enough space in ASZ.

The option to delete the oldest backup in ASZ if not enough space is already turned on.

I tried to browse into ASZ to delete backup files manually but it appears to be empty.

I don't know how to fix this issue

Does anyone know how sort this problem?

Gianluca, I would recommend opening a support case direct with Acronis to report this issue, especially given how new this build is.
