Wheres the cancel subscription option?

Thread needs solution

Followed the links at from the orders page

and suprise, suprise there is no option to cancel subscription as shown.

I need to cancel the current one as it is now 3x the price I initially paid and is set to auto renewl in ~14 days.

 

Where is the link to ACTUALLY CANCEL this overpriced service?

As stated there is no such link to cancel as mentioned following the link

No Subscription cancel option, as the attached picture below shows.

How about this one: 59634: How to turn off the automatic renewal of a subscription? I have not tried it but you never know your luck!

If worst come to worst, the email confirmation of auto-renewal has a link to cancel the subscription. In my experience, the refund (if the charge has been made) is almost immediate.

Thanks for the response IanL-S (and Steve Smith) but that link simply leads to the same place as the other one. :(

Luckily I managed to dig out the Cleverbridge CS phone number (its not immediately obvious where to find it) and they have now cancelled the renewal, so problem solved (hopefully).

If only they had provided an easily accessible way to manage subscriptions online, I may have switched to a cheaper option from Acronis but as it stands I'm rather soured on the company atm and will be looking for another backup solution in the meantime when the current term expires. :|
