Vadim, welcome to these public User Forums.

Please ensure that you are running ATI 2019 from an Administrator level account, and that the application was installed from the same, plus that your security (antivirus, anti-malware etc) software is not blocking any part of the ATI product.

I have not seen any reports from other users reporting this issue with registering the ti_managers_proxy.dll for ATI 2019.

Vadim, the next suggestion would be to try doing a Repair Install of ATI 2019 build 14690, which you do by installing it again without removing the program already there.  Otherwise, open a Support Ticket direct with Acronis to let them investigate this error directly with you.

Hello!

That error probably is related with the local A.virus/firewall blocking the file.

Please add our folders as exception in your A.virus: https://kb.acronis.com/content/36429

Let us know if that resolved the issue.

Thanks.
