Huge Problems With Acronis Cyber Protect Home Office and Windows 11

After upgrading my PC to Windows 11, my Acronis has become worse than non-functional. Once installed, it causes constant reboots and Kernel critical errors. The problem seems to be with the services. As soon as the services are installed (before any credentials are entered or a backup is started), the services lock up my USB backup drives. I mean 100% utilization. I can't determine WHICH service because the damn things restart if I end them. If I click on the drive in Windows explorer, it can take up to 5 minutes for the drive to respond. Acronis support has been AWOL. I opened a ticket nearly a month ago, and it has not been addressed. Every time I contact Acronis about the ticket they tell me they need 48 hours and they are going to send it to their "Expert team." One month later, nothing. A month without backups. I used to think very positively about Acronis products and their service level, now I'm looking for other reliable and affordable solutions, unless someone can tell me what the problem is. And yes, I have tried ALL of the standard troubleshooting methods. I was an IT pro for over 25 years.
