Folder "Own Webs" is not archived
Hello,
just by accident, I found out that the folder "Eigene Webs" (own webs) is not included in the backup, although looking at the settings, it definitely is selected as to be included. Why is that?
I am using Acronis True Image 2021 in its current version on a Win11 64bit system.

Hello Steve,
the folder "Eigene Webs" is on the drive I am backing up. It is listed correctly under the source files. But it is missing, if I try to recover it. All the other folders are there ...

Thanks for the answer, the next suggestion here is to check the log for the backup task to see if that shows any indication of whether the folder was omitted for any reason, i.e. being locked by another application perhaps?
Download a copy of the MVP Assistant log viewer tool and use this to look at the logs to see if they show any issues during the operation process?
The latest version of the new log viewer tool is at the link below.
MVP Assistant - New 2.0 with Rescue Media Builder (New Version 2.4.2)
If you have Disks & Partitions backups created on ATI 2020 or later using .tibx files, then look in the Backup Worker logs.
If you have Files & Folders backups using .tib files (or Disk backups from earlier versions using .tib files) or using Cloning then look in the Demon logs.
Other logs are shown by the MVP Assistant under the 'Active Logs' heading of the Log Viewer page of the Assistant.
The Schedule2 log contains information related to scheduled task but is one of the more difficult logs to read / work through.
The log files should be zipped to preserve their original file names if sharing in the forums and would need to be less than 3MB in size, otherwise you would need to share the zip file via a Cloud share service such as OneDrive, Dropbox etc.

Good evening Steve,
thank you very much for your suggestions.
I made some progress in the following way: The folder, which is not archived, shows an icon with the standard folder icon but in addition also has the internet globe in its icon. So this folder seems to be something special.
I created a new folder and copied all the content into this (only having the standard folder icon). Then I ran Acronis again and this new folder was successfully archived with one exception: It again contained sub-folders with the folder icon and the globe, i.e. they again contain web site documents. I do not know how these folders, containing web side documents, get their special status and icon, perhaps via the html-editor.
But it seems obvious that Acronis for some reason does not archive the folders containing web documents.
So I will again create new folders for these subfolders and I am sure then they will be archived.
