Install win10 image file on downgraded (win11 to win10) new laptop

Thread needs solution

Using ATI 2016 to create backup image of desktop PC running Win10.  I have a new laptop running Win11 and want to keep using Win10 and will downgrade to Win10 (which manufacturer said was ok to do).  So question is after I downgrade to Win10, can I use Restore function of ATI to transfer tib file onto the new laptop or will there be some issue?

It should work OK. However, the version of Windows 10 on the old and the new PC should be the same, for example, Windows 10 Pro x64. If they are different, the digital license for the new PC should linked to the same Windows account.
