Offline Message

My Acronis Client indicates that everything is working properly and that my last backup was performed successfully on April 30. However, my Online Dashboard shows that my computer is "Offline" and that the last successful backup was on April 6. It thinks the computer has not been connected since April 8.

Any idea what's happening?

I tried uploading files to show what I am talking about, but the upload function did not work.

Richard, the status shown in the online dashboard is controlled via the Acronis Managed Machine Service Mini background Windows service along with being signed in to your Acronis Account in the Acronis GUI Account page.

Check that the MMSM service is started and running in the Windows services control panel.

If you use a 3rd party A.Virus, add the agent folders as exception over there: https://kb.acronis.com/content/36429
