BSOD on build from 9-28-09

Thread needs solution

I have a failing drive and recently bought and installed Acronis backup & recovery workstation v10.  Downloaded and installed on 9-28-09.  I am now getting Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) exactly as shown in your Hot Issues forum. The Acronis BSOD Hot Issues post was made in March 2009.  Is this still the correct procedure to fix the problem even though 6 months have past?
