Problem Deploying Backup Policy via AMS

Thread needs solution

Deploying backup policy via AMS fails.
In the logs I see two warnings.
1.)
Failed to process the synchronization data received from Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 Management Server.

2. Wireshark logs.

I have attached the AcronisInfo report. I had to compress using 7Z format. ZIP format was to large.

I went to the submit a case, but the only option I have is the forums, since my Premium support ended on the 17 of March this year.

I looked at the Wireshark page, that would display sensitive data. Please let me know if it is nessesary.
