Backup Google Mail (gmail) using ACPHO?
Is it possible to backup Google Mail (Gmail) accounts (i.e., folders/labels & email messages) using ACPHO?

Thanks, Steve. Might you happen to know if there is another Acronis product that can backup cloud data?

Rodolfo, the only cloud data that I am aware that Acronis will backup has been Microsoft 365 plus they used to offer to backup some social media accounts such as Facebook, though I think that is no longer the case.
I have not heard of any other Acronis programs for backing up other cloud data.

The success of backing up Gmail will in part depend on the email client being used (as Steve Smith says); it may also depend on how Gmail is configured, as it supports both POP and IMAP - if you are using a recent version of Outlook, POP will use *.pst whereas IMAP will use *.ost, the former is less problematic as there is a full local copy, whereas the default wit *.ost is that there is not.

Thank you, Steve Smith, for mentioning Acronis' ability to backup Microsoft 365. I am testing this as an alternative to Gmail. So far, the backups and recovery appear to work properly, with one (so far) notable exception. Acronis is unable to recover email attachments > 4GB. I have posted this issue as a separate topic in the forum.

You can backup Gmail emails with attachments and meta properties using MailsDaddy Gmail Backup Tool. This tool maintain read/unread status of Gmail emails. It provides a date filter option also to find and backup particular date emails. For more information visit MailsDaddy official website.

I have heard that Acronis can backup both Microsoft and Google based accounts, but I haven't figured out how to do it yet, so...
There is a training teaching about what the suite is able to do now:
Protect your Microsoft and Google Data against Ransomware and Other Modern Cyberthreats

Hello Darcy!
Welcome to the forum.
That page refers to Service Providers and not consumer products.
Thanks in advance!

Acronis Cyber Protect Home Office (ACPHO) can backup Microsoft 365 data (Outlook, OneDrive) to Acronis Cloud. To create a backup, use the Acronis Online Dashboard, either from ACPHO desktop or from account using using web browser. I have been using this for Outlook data for over a year now, and the only issue I have encountered is that Acronis cannot recover email attachments greater than 4MB because Acronis has not yet updated their code to use the newer Microsoft API methods that overcome this older restriction.
