Can I change my tenant's information via API?

Hi Forum,

As mentioned on subject, I'm dealing with the problem about changing basic information of my tenant via Postman. 

I created my new Partner named "Partner A", and new administrator user named "A.admin".

On the web console, I confirmed that A.admin can switch the management mode by toggling a toggle button(very simple). However, if I do this same thing via Postman, response says "access denied". Furthermore, It's not allowed to change very basic thing such as contact>firstname / contact>lastname thing...

I want to know how to solve this problem, and if more information is needed, please let me know.

I'm crying.

I took a look at the link that you gave, but I don't think this kb covers modifying tenants information that I'm dealing with. I've already issued JWT token, made tenants, users via Postman.

Is an user able to update his/her own tenant info? If not, could you please explain why ?

The API works on a partner level and management not on a user level. Just partner administrators can manage it and edit the information: https://developer.acronis.com/doc/account-management/v2/guide/index
