I installed TI2018, but upgraded to ACPHO trial
but I can not backup
i restarted laptop but the same
laptop is Asus Intel i3 77abc
after press backup, the progress bar don’t see any progress, stay to 0 progress even after 30-50min
well???

This first thing I would try is a repair installation of ACPHO trial: 60195: Acronis Cyber Protect Home Office, Acronis True Image: modify, update and clean installations on Windows.
Addendum: If you did not uninstall ATI 2018 before installing ACPHO trial this could be the cause of your problems. You would need to uninstall ACPHO and run the cleanup utility; note that is in not usually necessary to edit the registry. See 48668: Acronis Cyber Protect Home Office, Acronis True Image: Cleanup Utility Before doing so, backup your settings, then after reinstalling retrieve those settings.

Just follow the KB 60195 to perform a Repair Install of ACPHO without touching the Registry etc or using any clean up tools.
How long have you waited for the Backup task to show any progress?
What are you backing up, what source size?

my client wants to migrate from HDD to SSD because SSDs are affordable now, are you recommend fresh new installation of Windows 10 home to SSD or clone HDD to SSD…? If you were me what would you do?

Leonidas, once you have Backup running then creating a full backup of the 1TB HDD should be your priority as this is your safety net before making any other changes.
I personally would not recommend making a fresh new install of Windows 10 Home unless you believe that this would be in your clients best interest and you are able to install all other applications along with transferring all user data too.
I am not a fan of using cloning, especially when you already have a good full disk backup and this can be used to restore everything to a new SSD by booting the laptop from Acronis rescue media.
See forum topic: Steve migrate NVMe SSD where I have documented (with images) the process that I have used multiple times for my own laptops using Backup & Recovery.
Note: the above applies to any type of SSD, not just a NVMe SSD. The key point being that the original Windows OS drive (HDD or SSD) is removed and stored safely in a cupboard before the restore is done to the new SSD installed within the laptop.

Yes, both ACPHO and ATI has always required that installation and use is from an Administrator account.
From the ACPHO User Guide - Minimum system requirements section:
You need to have administrator privileges to run Acronis Cyber Protect Home Office.
This same requirement will apply to modifying the install using Repair and making backups etc.

You may need to kill the running task using Windows Task Manager then uninstall ACPHO from the Control Panel or Settings app, then do a clean install using an Administrator account.

Yes, the backup created in Windows using VSS should be no different to making the same from rescue media. A full backup is always recommended before making any other change including using clone.

Restore a Full VSS BACKUP TIBX to a new SSD,
You confirm trial software can do this,
what about trial version, but bypassed the 30-days trial, in other words, trial expired, am I able to do a System RESTORE IN THIS CASE…?

Yes, expired trial can still perform a restore of a backup created previously but cannot create any new backups.
