mobile backup crash after start backup

I dont know where to ask.

I update acronis mobile from 2020 to 2023 at Samsung S10e. App ask me for new backup. Ok. After start app disappear. After that crash.... reinstal app or restart mobile not help. Other mobile is ok.

Welcome to the forum!

What is the version of the product you use? Did you checked the user guide of that version and checked if the OS of that mobile is supported? https://www.acronis.com/en-us/support/documentation/

If it's supported the issue should be investigated so please raise a ticket with our support at https://kb.acronis.com/content/8153

acronis true image 2020 (last version). Mobile backup - 2023 last version. I tried to downgrade at mobile to acronice mobile 2020. But now it is the same. But before update to mobile backup 2023 on phone all was ok.

I tried to read what i find. But i dont find anything.

I have just installed the latest Acronis Mobile app from the Play Store on my Samsung Galaxy A53 phone and all is backing up fine to my local computer (running ATI 2021).

It is important that the correct Acronis app is selected (not the ACPHO Business app).

I found, that problem (or crash reason) is at contacts. When I uncheck there from backup, all is ok. If i set contacts to backup, acronis crash.

I dont know, why. Acronis can read contacts.

As I wrote. Problem is only, if I choose contacts to backup at Samsung S10e (android 11). At another phone is all ok.

I have latest version of acrois mobile. I thing, that problem can be with some czech diacritics or something like this.

I did it. But they only look, if I have actual sw at pc. And when find, that it is  acronis 2020, tell me - buy a new one. Nobody want to investigate.

I like to send vcf file with contact - to some developer...

If you are referring to version 2020, that's an outdated product and is now out of its lifecycle. You can find more information about the product lifecycle here: Acronis Product Lifecycle.

There are no updates or support available for that product anymore.

I've checked your licenses, and currently, you only have a perpetual license for Acronis True Image 2020.

Your subscription for Acronis Cyber Protect Home Office has been expired since the beginning of this year. That's why our support denied providing a solution. Even when using Acronis Mobile, the support program associated refers to the perpetual license.

Yes. But is this the right way to keep customer happy? For a long time exisitng bug, and you say - buy a new version.

This bug is at acronis mobile 2020 too... New version has the same bug.

Whe I upgrade to 2021, photosop stop running - becouse "antivir" of acronis... I had to downgrade that time. And acronis put me money back. No solution, no repair bug.

I very afrraid to pay money again and see all bugs again.   And this look me, that little arogant and buggy acronis is still...
