Send email after performing each backup routine

Thread solved

Good afternoon, I would like to receive an email after the backup of each machine I have in the Acronis backup console, I looked in the backup routines but couldn't find it.

Today I have 5 machines and I would like to receive an email from each machine with a summary of whether the backup was carried out successfully, as shown in the attached image.

Hello.

Those notifications should be settled in the settings of the product or in your account if you are a service provider or managed by one.

What product do you use exactly, could you please tell us the full name?

Thanks in advance!

Good afternoon, we use Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud

You need to enable the notifications in the console.

Please check the following user-guide: https://www.acronis.com/en-us/support/documentation/ManagementPortal/#c…

  • Failure notifications, Warning notifications, and Success notifications (disabled by default)

Notifications about the execution results of protection plans and the results of disaster recovery operations for each device.

If your account doesn't have the permissions to change those parameters you should contact your service provider and ask them to do it.

Feel free to reply if you have any questions.

Best regards.
