Acronis Survival kit
With the last build 729, the program runs ok on my Windows 10 (22H2.19045.3516, but If I try to upgrade or make new the Acronis Survival kit, on the USB that I use for the image store, the usb disk at the boot don't works, is shown on the desktop a page of error. I have send two request for techincal support, with the image of the error boot page and the sistem report, but after one mounth noting. A phone call said to me tha the support team now is in India.
Somebody has some solution for the create of the Survival kit thai I use for make images of the windos system.
I use Acronis from the 2010 edition and this kind is a problem never happened before.

I don't understand why the email doesn't arrive at my address. I have been registered on an Acronis account since Acronis ATIH 2010. I can indicate another email address for communications: oreste.sannoner@gmail.com
I have always used the Acronis Survival kit to create and save images of the operating system by starting the PC directly from the USB SSD.
I hope you can get technical assistance with my problem.

I've checked internally and the emails are sent to oreste.sannoner@alice.it as they were raised under that account. I have requested our support to forward them to oreste.sannoner@gmail.com .

ok Thank you very much even if I don't understand why the account oreste.sannoner@alice.it doesn't work....it's my official account also with Acronis to which I receive notifications of updates and my subscription.
