How to delete an existing Online backup?

Thread needs solution

I have two computers currently backed up and I want to delete both the backups. I've given up on Acronis Online Backup and switched to Carbonite so I want to delete what is currently on the backup server.

The obvious way would be to start Recovery, chose Online Backup then right click on each computer and select Delete. Unfortunately, like most of the Acronis Onlien Backup GUI, this is not possible as the Delete option is grayed out.

So my question is, how do I get rid of what is currently backed up?

It takes 30 minutes (or more) just to see what is even available via Online Backup. Once I actually get to where I can see what's there, how do I get rid of it?

Do I have to start a live chat and hope the person I connect with knows how to do this or can I do it myself?

Finally got to the point where I could see what was backed up (C:) then I could right click on that and select Delete. Took almost 40 minutes from the time I clicked on the computer backup name until I could see what was there. Another reason I dropped AOB.

Now I'm waiting for it to finish deleting and I expect that will take several hours.

Anyway, problem solved.

Problem not solved. I let it run for over two hours and it never completed deleting the backup.

How do I get rid of it? Guess I'll have to try another live chat and see if I can get someone at Acronis to delete the backups.
