Having Major Problems Creating Backup from Boot Media
"Some partitions contain errors and can be imaged only sector-by-sector. It is recommended that you exit True Image and check the partitions with your systems disk-checking tools. Are you sure you want to continue with imaging?"
HP Laptop keeps prompting this message. I am using Acronis Cyber Protect Home. Have been using Acronis for decades and this one has me stumped
HP 17cn0772tn with Windows 11 Home. MVMe WDC Blue 1TB SSD. I ran the chkdsk /f/r/x but no luck.
I am using the simple media!

Hello, everyone!
You can also run a disk report on the machine: https://kb.acronis.com/content/1638
You will receive a report. If the letter "E" appears over a partition, it means it has errors, and those errors are causing the backup to fail.
If the output reports an error, you need to fix the respective partition/sector; otherwise, it won't be possible to execute the backups.
If there are issues with the media, you may need to replace the faulty media.
If no errors are detected in the output, please raise a ticket with our support, attaching the report https://kb.acronis.com/content/8153
Best regards.

I found out how to get around it. I disabled encryption and it backed up perfectly. Go figure. Thanks for you help on this.
