MacOS Sonoma 14.2 Acronis Icon missing from Menu Bar
Upgraded to new Mac, Migration Assistant to move from old Mac. Deleted old mac from Acronis license, installed license on new mac. Backups work but the UI is very slow and the icon is missing in the menu bar.
Deleted/uninstalled Acronis, reinstalled with the same installer.
I feel there is a helper tool that is missing somewhere but for the life of me can't find where to either turn it on or 'authorize' it.

YFinder wrote:Resolved this problem. Uninstall ACPHO using the installer package. Then download and execute the Full Cleanup Tool provided by Acronis on this page: Acronis Cyber Protect Home Office Cleanup Tool
Follow the instructions using Terminal. If you get an error that says you can't run it due to MacOS not being able to scan it, right click on the file in your downloads and choose to open with terminal. You will get a notice about you are allowing the file to run. Then run it again with the terminal command.
Finally, do a clean install with the same installer file.
