Does anyone have a fix for this Error code : Event code: 0x000002D2

Evening everyone, does anyone maybe have a complete fix for this error code, I can’t seem to do any Full Backups, or any backups at all on my  Acronis Cyber Protect Home Office Software that I purchased a yearly subscription from Acronis website, and I can’t seem to find any kind of complete fix for this Error Code on any internet browser, this is the Error Code that I am getting before trying to do any kind of backup on my Seagate External Hardrives which are brand new and fully updated with the latest, fully updated software onto my Asus 15.6” Vivobook laptop, that runs Windows 11 (64-bit) operating system and my laptop is installed with all the latest drivers and latest updates as well, but I can’t seem to figure out a fix for this Error Code before trying to do any kind of backup onto my Seagate External Hard Drives, from my Acronis Cyber Protect Home Office Software, this is the Error Code I am getting :  Event code: 0x000002D2. 
 

If anyone has a fix for this Error Code, I would gladly appreciate any help that I can get, or if you know of a fix for this error code, you’re more than welcome to send me a link here in the forum as well, since I am always on the forums trying to find any solutions/proper fixes to any Error codes with Acronis related software issues running on Windows 11 (64-bit) operating system. I am posting a screenshot of the error code that I am getting, any help for a fix for this Error Code : Event code: 0x000002D2, would be gladly appreciated.
