ReadyNAS Duo login errors
Hi all,
I was previously able to backup my work PC with ATIH2011, and I had to do some permission changes to my ReadNAS Duo (500GB RAID) to allow my music to stream. After this, my backups no longer work.
The error I get is that it tries to log into my NAS - on the NAS, I removed all user login information (didn't need any of it) and made it open for read/write access. ATIH2011 keeps asking for login information for my system using the original password for the NAS and such that I set it up with the first time I was doing backups.
every time I try to do anything to the drive within ATIH, it asks me for login info.
Things I've tried:
-edited the backup save location
-deleted the backup setting
-edited the credential manager - deleted all credentials.
-created a new mapped drive
-created new network place
-recreated an account with original account information
I can access the NAS from Windows Explorer.. I"m lost now.
Any tips?

Nicholas,
Find the Acronis\TrueImageHome\Scripts folder, either under C:\Programdata\ or c:\documents and settings\all users\application data\
You will see a bunch of scripts there.
Right click on each script, choose edit, and try to find the script for your backup.
Read the script to see if you can find the login information for your NAS.
If you do, make a backup copy of the script.
Edit the script again and replace the login informationi with an empty character chain.
Look for other scripts if any with similar information.
Verify that ATI has forgotten the password.
If not, try this:
- export your backup settings,
- uninstall ATI,
- use the cleanup utility,
- reboot,
- install ATI,
- import your backup settings.
Verify that ATI has forgottent the password.
If yes, try to connect to the NAS through ATI by entering the full UNC path. If you cannot connect without a username and password, you might have to recreate them on the NAS.
