Cannot connect to cloud.acronis.com

Thread needs solution

Hi,

I having a problem connecting to cloud.acronis.com for the past month. We moved the office to another city and the IP address is the same. When I try to backup through the main connection, things fail. If I start the connection through 4G/5G, which has a limited upload, things happen. In both cases, I have a ping to acronis, telnet, but there is no opening through the web. It's like the IP address is filtered. In the firewall everything is allowed for the acronis agent
