I forgot to mention in my original post that I'm running Acronis 2021 not Cyber Protect Home Office. I believe 2011 has a feature called Protection that guards for ransomware and other virus. The AcronisCyberProtectionService service is set up for automatic and I cannot stop, re-start or refresh it. Why is it even in my system if I do not have Cyber Protect Home Office?
Also, the other virus protection I have running Mcafee Total Protection. What would be the file name I should whitelist?

Hello Rob,
In the KB I mentioned above (https://kb.acronis.com/content/36429), there is a topic named "Solution for Acronis Cyber Protect Home Office/Acronis True Image."
You should whitelist the services/process according to your OS.
Best regards.
