How to configure PXE when DHCP service is running on a different server?

Thread needs solution

I am running two servers with Windows Server 2008 R2.

On SERVER01 is running the DHCP service, on SERVER02 are running the Deploy and PXE services.

My questions are:

1. When I open the Snap Deploy PXE Console and click on Configure PXE Server, it shows a warning that there are no products installed to upload. How to configure PXE?

2. What do I have to configure on the DHCP server?

Hello Know How! IT-Solutions GmbH,

Thank you for finding time to open the thread regarding this question, I will be glad to help you.

In order to be able to upload components onto the PXE server, you need to have them installed. I would advise you to refer to this Acronis Snap Deploy Installation Guide, it contains all the necessary information. You might also find our Acronis Snap Deploy User's Guide useful.

There is nothing you need to configure on the DHCP server unless you have PXE installed on the very same machine. As you have PXE server installed on the Server02, then there's nothing you need to do in addition with the DHCP.
